To have your own voicemail message, open Agent Dashboard, select Setup menu, then setup voicemail.
Ex. Setup your own voicemail message. Call in to leave a message
Use Different IVR app for different customers
All Voicent tools use the same built-in CRM. One often overlooked feature is the ability to invoke different IVR app for different customers belongs to a different category.
Ex. Create different auto attendant/IVR app, then go to Setup, Contact, Category to define category specific IVR app. Call in to verify.
