Cannot export campaign results
“I am trying to export campaign results from a campaign that has just completed running but I am getting this message: “Cannot Export. On a shared cloud account, you can only export during off-peakĀ hours (after 8 PMĀ PST and before 6 AM PST)”.”
Campaign results can only be exported on a specified time frame for shared cloud accounts. This is to prevent server hog and ensure that the cloud server’s performance will not be interrupted.
For customers who have dedicated cloud servers, campaign results and other data can be imported anytime. Dedicated servers are usually used by customers that use a huge amount of data and requires security protocols for their online data.
