Press-1 Campaign questions
I am setting up a press-1 campaign and I selected for confirmation, press 2 – transfer to phone number and I set-up 3 different phone numbers. Once the call gets connected to my phone number, does it still use the line on the campaign? So if I have 2 lines on the account and there are 2 simultaneous calls that were connected to my 2 different phone numbers, will the 3rd call get a busy tone?
When the outgoing call gets a live answer and gets transferred to a phone number, it is still using the line on the campaign and it won’t be available until the call has ended.
Technically, the dialer is doing a conference call for all the parties.
