Gateway VB Integration

I am in the process of developing and testing the product, I have couple of questions.

1. Gateway product provides any activeX to register for development in Visual Basic. if you can provide more detail documentation will be helpful..

Sorry, no. We do not offer ActiveX control for the gateway.

2. is there any integration Gateway product with Database, I need to record response from the client and store in the database. I know this can be done in VB itself, but looking any interface already built in it.

Yes, but not in VB.

Voicent gateway has apache/tomcat embedded as its web server, so the native language is Java and JSP for app development. One good way to get started is to use the Voicent IVR Studio for app development, it has many built-in actions, such as database access, outbound email, launch external program, and interface with web site. You could certainly launch VB programs from your IVR applications.

3.Aslo looking some sample with texttospeech with VB as well as HTTP. if all goes well, I will buy this product. I appreciate your help in this regard.

The easy one is the simple call interface in VB.

You can use IVR studio to create applications that use text-to-speech. But if you want to understand more details, you need to dig into the VoiceXML technology a little deeper. The best place to start is to go through the Voicent Gateway tuturial, and Voicent Gateway Outbound Call Tutorial
