The best tool to use is Voicent IVR Studio. By using the tool’s GUI interface, and once you create a call flow graph for your interactive phone applications, click a button to have your VXML files generated automatically and deployed to the gateway. In most cases, you even do not need to know there are VXML files used for your apps. For most applications, this is the easiest and time saving method to develop your IVR applications.
