Testing with Asterisk

Am testing your demo freeware program. Is it possible to communicate / integrate with Asterisk PBX

Yes. All you need to do is configure Voicent Agent Dialer as a set of Asterisk SIP extensions. Each extension will be served as an incoming line for your IVR application. When one of the extension is called, your IVR Application should pick up the call. With IVR Studio, it should be straightforward to link your Asterisk PBX to your database or email system. With that, the possibility for innovative IVR applications is limitless.
