Extension File

I see this line in output.log: Extension file does not exists under: C:\Program Files\Voicent\Gateway/conf.
What exactly is this file that does not exists?

This file contains all the phone extensions, used for Flex PBX and IVR Studio. If you are using outbound Voicent applications, you can ignore that.
