IVR Direct SQL Commands

Hi, I have been using IVR Studio for a while now, and everything works great except for one things.. I can not get the MySQL statement to work, no matter what I try.

MySQL statements in IVR Studio, work just like any other MySQL statements. The same syntax is required and similar trouble shooting. Ensure that your username/password and database table name are accurate, this is what most people miss. Also, the table names should be enclosed with ` key to symbolize a column.
