FlexPBX works with Ooma Premier?

I\’m considering purchasing your software. I currently run two businesses and use OOMA PREMIER with 2 lines with 2 separate phone numbers. Is this compatible with your system. Can your system identify incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate greeting? Thanks a million!

If Ooma has an analog line port then you can use it, if Ooma does not support analog lines and uses VOIP then you will need to get your “SIP Credentials” from your phone company to configure it with Voicent Software.

Can FlexPBX catch CallerID and route the call to different groups?

Can your FlexPBX catch Caller ID and route the call to different groups categorized by priority? Do I need two different incoming lines to go to different groups categorized by priority? Do you have ACD report? q-time, abandoned calls,…by pie chart, bar, real time queue display???

Flex PBX can not catch caller ID, however IVR Studio can catch the caller ID and route the call to any place you want, even categorize it by priority. We have a built in ACD report, with pie charts and real time displays.

What does “lines” mean on FlexPBX?

I am looking at the Flex PBX an want to know what you mean by lines. Is 1 line mean a one to one connection as in I call the front desk from my office an now HR can\’t call admin because the line is in use. Or is it one outside line into the system as in a VoIP line. or PSTN trunk with 24 connections?

1 line would be the call to your number, then once the phone is connected any other phone calls within your office would be an internal line. The internal lines are not consuming outside lines as long as all of your employees use our soft phone software. You only need to purchase enough lines to handle all of your incoming calls.
