A predictive dialer is a programmed telephone dialing system that dials from a list of numbers and turns the call over to an agent or an operator when a call is answered by a live person.  The agent will then see a display of information about the person calling on their computer screen.

InfusionSoft CRM Integration

We would like to use Voicent’s predictive dialing software with Infusion Soft, but we are unable to find resources for infusion soft. Do you support infusion soft crm?

Yes we do! And it is very easy to set up.

The steps to integrate InfusionSoft:

1) Export your InfusionsoftCRM records with the “ID” and “Phone” field at minimum.

2) Import the exported CSV file into Voicent’s Predictive(Agent Dialer) or Auto Dialer(BroadcastByPhone)

3) Configured a “Launch a browser window with the following URL” in your Voicent Gateway -> Call Transfer -> Screen Popup to be:

https://infusionsoft.com/Contact/manageContact.jsp?view=edit&ID=${__Call__.ID}

${__Call__.Id} will be replaced with whatever the ID in the ID column of Agent Dialer or BroadcastByPhone is allowing your agents to receive a popup window of their CRM record instantly once the call connects.

Yes, Simplicity collection software can work with our Auto Dialer, Predictive Dialer, Semi-Automatic Dialer, Progressive Dialer, Preview Dialer, SMS Text message software, and Email broadcast software. The integration can vary from simple to advanced depending on what our customers are looking for.

The simplest way is to export your data from Simplicity and import it into any Voicent tool to be used for a broadcast. You can utilize the collection information to personalize each and every broadcast and even announce the debtor by their name.

This makes it extremely easy for any novice PC user to get started within minutes, immensely increasing your productivity by over a 300%!!!

The next type of integration we offer is a little bit more advanced, and it is tailored for our predictive dialer users who use Simplicity collection software.

Simplicity offers the ability for a URL like:

By dynamically replacing the ${__Call__.Phoneno} and ${__Call__.Id}, Voicent is able to automatically pull up the correct collection page for any person in your collection software.
