Trying to setup vocalocity, help!!!

In order to find your SIP Credentials you need to:

1. First, log into the online user interface (http://my.vocalocity.com).
2. Click the “Extensions” link on the left-hand side of the page, under the “Phone System” tab.
3. Next, click on the extension to which you would like to assign to Voicent Gateway.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the “Device Profile” link. Keep this web page up, as you will need to know the device profile information.
5. Open your Voicent Gateway, go to “Setup”->”Options”->”SIP”
6. Once open, click “Add” and fill out all necessary information.

Hi Voicent, How do I generate random numbers to be using my broadcast???

Generating random numbers is very easy and I will explain to you how to do it. Open BroadcastByPhone or AutoDialer and select “List” -> “Generate List…”

On the screen that pops up, you should see Prefix, Between, and And.

Prefix is the area code.

The Between textbox and the And textbox are the minimum and maximum number you want to generate. If you input 1,000 to 1,500 it would attempt to generate numbers between those.

Then at the bottom you have the option to generate all or only say, “1000″.

i run a call center with 5 agents and around 30 lines, our in-house do not call list requires my agents to manually add numbers, does your predictive dialer have an in-house do not call list that is integrated with Voicent?
