Outbound dialing application

I am interested in purchasing an outbound dialing application that can integrate with my exising VoIP, work from a database generated list, and connect to a salse rep in a 30 person team when a live connection is made

Voicent software is VOIP based so it should be easy to integrate with your existing VOIP. You can also easily import the list (comma separated value, text file) to Voicent software. With command line interface, you can also launch Voicent program automatically with your call list.

Choose Auto Dialer or Predictive Dialer

If you want the system to play a pre-recorded audio message, you can use Voicent BroadcastByPhone auto dialer software. In auto dialing mode, the system makes a call, immediate after the call is answered (someone says hello), the system plays a pre-recorded message. At the end of the message, the system can ask the person to press a key to talk to a live agent, press a different to remove from call list, etc.

If you do not want to play pre-recorded audio, you can use Voicent AgentDialer predictive dialer software. In predictive dialing mode, when a call is answered, it will be immediately transferred to an agent.

Transfer to Phone or Computer

Voicent system can transfer a call to a telephone or a computer. When a call is transferred to a telephone, such as someone’s cell phone, the system will dial the number and wait for the phone to be answered, once it is answered, the original call is then connected to the transferred call. This transfer mode is great for agents who do not sit in front of computer all the time. But this transfer mode is slower and not suitable for predictive dialing. Because this system has to call a phone number, wait for the phone company to ring the phone, wait for the agent to pick up the phone, during this time, the person on the line is going to hear silence and is likely to hangup.

Transfer to a compuer is almost immediate so it is great for predictive dailing. When a call is transferred, a screen popup will be shown on an agent’s computer. The screen popup contains all the information about the call, such the name, phone number, and any other information in your call list. The phone audio is transferred to the computer and the agent can use a headset to talk immediately. Optionally, the system can also play a short beep to the agent’s headset when a call is transferred.

Try it for free

The best way to learn more is to download the software and give it a try. The first time you start the program, follow the setup wizard to connect the system to your VOIP service.

Callcenter predictive dialing using Skype

Hello. I want to use your program with Skype in a call center with 20 computers. I want to ask you this. I need to install the gateway program on a server, and the agent dialer on every pc?If i have a server with gateway and agent dialer installed can I send calls to different computers in the network according to the call list? Thank you

We assume you want to use a service computer for the predictive calls and have 20 agents in your callcenter. The following is a typical configuration:

1. Install Voicent Agent Dialer and Gateway on a server computer. On this computer, you control the call list and manage the campaign.

2. On each agent’s computer, install Voicent RemoteAgent program. This is the client software that is part of the Agent Dialer Enterprise edition. This program allow an agent to talk to your customers when then answer the call. The program displays a screen popup whenever a call is transferred, and the agent uses a computer headset to talk on the phone. After the call, the agent can enter notes for the call and it will be displayed in Agent Dialer’s spreadsheet window in real time.

On the server computer, you setup Voicent Gateway to use Skype to make call. For Skype, if you are talking about using the regular Skype calling plan, it may not work for you well. Skype’s fair usage policy limits daily outbound calls to 50 per account. After that, you have to pay 2 cents per minutes. We strongly recommend you use SkypeConnect, which is Skype’s business service plan. It works best with Voicent software, especially for multiline (simultaneous calls) system.

It is also possible to setup Gateway and AgentDialer on each agent’s computer. But that is a less common usage.

Integration with custom CRM

We already have a custom CRM system I have developed. We are currently using a third party Predictive dialer system, but are looking for something that can be easily integrated with our CRM. I have a few questions. First I noticed the agent has the ability to record calls. What if we want to force the recording of all calls, and don\’t want the agent to be able to opt out of this. Is this possible?

Yes, you can force recording by turn on Voicent Gateway > Setup > Options > Call Transfer Tab > Record every transferred call automatically.

Also what kind of capabilities does the system have to setup individual campaigns, so that each agent has their own group of customers?

For Voicent AgentDialer, a campaign is simply a call list file, which is a regular Windows file with .aoc extension. The content is what you see in the AgentDialer spreadsheet. To create a campaign, simply create a call list file and save.

Second can the system postback data to our admin system ( its just a web based application ) Also can the dialer system pull customer lists directly off our system ( xml formatted list )?

Yes, please take a look at the command line interface of AgentDialer and RemoteAgent. You should be able to submit a HTTP POST or call a program whenever certain condition is true (such as call is finished).
