Dialer for playing recorded message and instant talk

I am trying to implement the agentdialer system at work but I can’t seem to be able to make it work like I want. Here’s the kind of program I need.

I need to call a lot of people to get appointments for insurance purposes. My whole team has to do this and I would like all of us to get the group price for the program. What we need is to be able to mix pre-recorded messages and to be able to instantly talk to them between messages. I will have to buy a lot of voice modems since I don’t want to pay 2c/minute and I know that we’ll have to use XP and it’s fine.I tried the trial version and wasn’t able to hear my messages that I recorded with the right sample rate with the semi-auto agent dialer so I’m not sure I have the right program. I was wondering if the AdentDialer is what I need or if there is something else more convenient for our use.

First of all, we recommend using VOIP instead of voice modem for the phone calls. The reason is that there are VOIP monthly plans that offers cheaper per minute rate. For example, you can try Ringcentral, it offers a monthly plan with 5000 minutes. Please note ringcentral does not work if you want to use BroadcastByPhone auto dialer because Rincentral does not support DTMF tones. But for Agent Dialer, Ringcentral should just work.

One reason we do not recommend using voice modem/analog phone line with Agent Dialer is that it is not easy to operate the phone. You have to physically pickup the phone after you hear the modem calling, and hangup the phone after the call. If you pickup the phone too early or forget to hangup the phone, you cannot make the next call. When you operate with VOIP, you can just use a computer headset to talk to your customers. There is no need to operate a phone.
