Centralized data for predictive dialing

I was wondering wether data can be loaded into the system centrally then calls can be allocated to whoever is free?

Yes, that is what Voicent Agent Dialer designed for. Your call list is saved in a spreadsheet, and all calling status, are shown in real time in the spreadsheet also.

When a call is answered by a live human, the system first finds an available agent, then shows a screen popup on the agent’s desk, the phone audio is redirected to the agent’s computer. When agent sees the screen popup, he or she can talk to the person using a computer headset. The screen popup should also contain all the information about the person (defined in your call list spreadsheet).

During the call, the agent can choose to record the conversation. The recorded audio will be saved and accessiable from the call list spreadsheet.

After the call, the agent can also enter notes about the call. The notes is also saved in the call list spreadsheet.
