want description about system installation…i have 22 landlines of reliance, can i transfer calls to these lines…etc. Please mail me the procedure

The best way to use Voicent software is not through landlines. That requires some sort of hardware board to connect to these phone lines.

First, check to see if your Reliance system supports IP extension or not. If it does, Voicent software can be used to directly to the system. For more information, please see

Second, Voicent software can be configured directly with an internet phone service or a SIP trunk service. For more info please see Set up VOIP phone service

In any case, download the software and give it a try.
