Multiple Agent Pop Up Windows

we have a hard phone system and are looking to add an auto-dialing soft phone to our system, can your predictive dialer transfer to multiple agents at once letting the available agent(not talking on a hard phone) to accept the call

Our system is designed to be a standalone, even though we will support other things here and there, we definitely do not want to step backwards and implement things for hard phones. As technology moves forward, there are tons of reasons to use soft phones(with a computer headset) over hard phones(with a phone you have to hold to your head).

However, there is a work around if you just can’t get rid of your hard phone. One method of getting around the agent popup window coming to agents that are currently in a hard phone call is that they will have to “Log out” of Voicent Remote Agent software, once logged out, our system will not transfer to them. The only down side is the constant logging in and logging out.

Our Agent Dialer will transfer to the most-idle agent at a given time. By logging out you are telling the system to not transfer to you.
