Error: You must first configure voice line before starting your campaign

As you’re running your first campaigns, you may run into the following error:

“Error: You must first configure voice line before starting your campaign”

This error is caused by the absence of a valid VOIP service in our software. In order to fix this error, you’ll need to input the credentials of a valid VOIP service or PBX extension. If you don’t have a VOIP service or PBX extension, then it’s a good idea to read up on our Phone Setup Guide which briefly explains the different choices you have.
