Trial Version Limitations

On our downloads page we offer a free download of our trial edition software. We call this our “shareware” because it’s simply there for people to evaluate for free before buying.

For those of you downloading Voicent software for the first time, it’s important to know that if you haven’t paid for a license, then you’re using our shareware version of our software. The shareware version of our software is limited in a few different ways, which we’ve listed below:

Ad Messages

With any outbound dialing product (Auto or Predictive Dialer), you’ll experience an ad message before the message you’ve designed. So don’t be surprised if the message you hear isn’t exactly how you’ve designed it.

Limited Agents/Users

The shareware edition will only allow the original Admin account to exist without a license. If you would like to test out multiple accounts within Voicent software, you’ll need to purchase a license.

Number of Lines/Channels

The shareware edition of our software offers ten VOIP and SMS lines to test with. To scale up past ten lines, you’ll need a license.

Spreadsheet List Size

The amount of contacts able to be placed inside of a spreadsheet list is limited to 20 contacts. If you’re using the spreadsheet UI and you want to add more people to your list, you’ll need to purchase a license.
