IVR Software usage ideas

Can I use your IVR software to develop a custom system whereas people call in from a specific area code and the system detects what area code they are calling the IVR software from and routes it to a predefined phone number for that area code?

Absolutely! In fact, our IVR software is near limitless and/or only limited by your imagination and hardware. You can find full specs on our IVR software here IVR. Here you will find full detailed information on our IVR Software as well as a fully operational shareware version that you can try, video demos, and walk throughs.

IVR and VOIP

We have been working with a large client on developing and a testing a custom IVR implementation using our IVR software. Their IVR solution needs to have a near 100% clarity, connectivity and quality in order for their custom IVR implementation to abide by the laws in their area and industry. During the development and testing process of the IVR software and their implementation of it ourselves and the client ran into several issues with confirmation during the calls. After doing everything we could on our end, and the client doing everything they could we narrowed the issue down to the VOIP service provider. Our IVR software reports back many different failure sets to the administrator of the IVR application after each of the call blasts the client performs. Some of the reports they had been getting from the folks on the other end were that the connection was fuzzy and or garbled. The moral of the story is, when you have a mission critical IVR application running you would do well to research a quality VOIP service provider. How to do so is another article all together. However, start by asking what carriers they are using. Cheap very rarely means “good”.

Simple CLI or ANI IVR application

Can you customize and IVR application that will simply play to the caller the CLI or ANI? I would assigned a DID number routed to the IVR thru a voip link and let the caller dial that number to check their CLI/ANI. Its a simple application which is a CLI/ANI playback only. Please provide me the approximate cost as well.

Yes, that is what IVR Studio is good for. You do not need to do any programming in order to create such an application.

In IVR Studio, the Caller ID information is available through out the application. You can take that information and playback to the caller.

You can embed the above prompt between prerecorded audio or other text-to-speech items, you will have an easy application created.

The cost depends on how many lines you want. A single line IVR Studio Professional edition starts at $799. You can visit our online store for more details.
