Will NEXTUP.COM’s TextAloud using a Nuance 22khz voice font work with your TTS plug-in? Thanks
For telephony quality audio, you must use 8KHz voice. The standard telephony audio is PCM 8Khz, 16bit, mono.

Can dialing rules be built to handle a combination of predefined options and passwords when accessing a particular voice mailbox?
Yes. But this is kind of a workaround. Basically you include commas in your phone number to introduce pause during the dialing. It is similar to the settings for using calling card for phone dialing. Please note that comma for pause only works with modem based system. It won’t work on VOIP.
If the situation is more complicated, it is recommended to use Voicent IVR Studio to design an application to handle the phone tree. With IVR Studio, in theory, you should be able to handle any phone interactions.
I have been testing your software, but skype policies do not allow more than 50 calls per day… We already have a t1 line in place. Would your software work with the t1 line.
If you are testing release 7, there is no need to go with Skype.
If you have a T1 line in place for voice calls, you normally already have a PBX system setup. If your PBX system is SIP compatible, meaning it supports softphone as an extension, then you can configure Voicent software to use your PBX system.
If your T1 line is a data line for your internet connection, you can signup a SIP based VOIP service provider.
