HI, i was wondering wether your system can have multiple lines connected to it via VOIP?
Yes, Voicent predictive dialer can have multiple lines. Each line, when Skype is used, corresponds to a running Skype instance. For multiple lines, you just need to run multiple Skype instances.

Windows Vista is more restrictive and so is Skype software. It is more tedious to run it under Windows Vista, but you should still be able to run multiple instances of Skype. For more details, please see an example to run multiple instances of Skype.

If you do not need to leave a message for answering machines or voice mails, you can speed up the predictive dialing by the following settings. Select Setup > Options… from Voicent Gateway main menu, click the Advanced tab, select “disconnect as soon as answering machine is detected”.
