Voicent Predictive Dialer (Agent Dialer) has a built in Do-Not-Call list scrubber. To check your call list against the National DNC list, select program main menu > List > Check Do Not Call. Specify the folder where the download DNC lists are saved, click OK to continue.

The DNC scrubber checks each phone number in your call list against the DNC list, if it finds a match, it sets the status column to be “Do Not Call”. The rows will be skipped if the status column is labelled “Do Not Call”.

If you phone number is 7 digit, you can supply the default area code in the Check Do Not Call dialog window. The default area code is added to a 7 digit number, and then checked against the DNC list.

You could also check your in-house DNC list. Actually any phone number list that of the following format. The phone numbers are saved in a file, and each line contains a phone number. When checking against this in-house DNC list, select List &ft; Exclude List from the program main menu.

A little note you might want to include with the manual, when creating multiple users for windows, make sure the user has a password with the username. If you don’t have a password, then you cannot add the line to the Gateway, Auto Start Skype.

Also, you might want to recommend that users spend the extra $30 per line so they can broadcast a caller ID. If no ID, then lots of calls get trapped in ID blocking.

Skype Attachement statsus failure. My gateway will not connect to my Skype. Help Please.

The log files you submitted contains the following line:

The log file shows Skype was attached and then skype return a failure code. Do you see any error message from the Skype window?

It might be somethinig related to the Skyep extra manager (Skype4com.dll). Try to uninstall Skype, and when reinstall, select the Option button and make sure the update skype extra manager is selected.

Skype Beta 4.0 WORKS. I did exactly as requested, deintalled 180 & reinstalled 188 without extras manager. It does NOT WORK on my PC. It is clearly effected by version 188.

Try to search the skype4com.dll file on your PC.

The search shows that skype4com.dll is under:
C:\Windows\System32\skype4com.dll, and
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Skype\skype4com.dll

Which one should I delete?

Uninstall Skype, delete all skype4com.dll, and then install skype again.
