A little note you might want to include with the manual, when creating multiple users for windows, make sure the user has a password with the username. If you don’t have a password, then you cannot add the line to the Gateway, Auto Start Skype.

Also, you might want to recommend that users spend the extra $30 per line so they can broadcast a caller ID. If no ID, then lots of calls get trapped in ID blocking.
