Predictive dialer and dialpad

Hi: Using Skype the agentDialer works wonderfully. When I switch to SIP dialing and connecting works, but I cannot find a dialpad to control the remote telephone answering system that may answer and requires input. I cannot find anything in the support pages on this subject. What am I missing?

The dialpad can be access from the RemoteAgent’s main window and the screen popup when a call is transferred.

Not only you can use the touch tone key, you can also play a pre-recorded audio file.

(If you do not see the dialpad button, please make sure you are using the latest release 7)
