Predictive Dialer remote client can’t see host

I’m using your predictive dialer and can’t get the remote host to see the Voicent Gateway where I’ve installed your predictive dialer (Agent Dialer) system

First, I would try to ping the IP address of the system that you have installed our predictive dialer on. If the remote system that you installed the remote agent on cannot see the system you installed our predictive dialer on than either a router between the 2 systems is blocking ports 8155 – 8156, or the firewall on the system that you installed our predictive dialer on is blocking those ports. You will want to consult your user manual for both your Windows XP or Windows Vista firewall as well as your router. Your router is likely either made by Lynksis, Netgear, or D-link. If so, you can also contact support at those companies for assistance.
