Setup Agents in the Office for Predictive Dialing

i am still trying to get to grips with this dialler. we have a 4 line dialler system. there is also a remote client (which i assumed is for 1 person coming in remotely via the internet.

How do i set up agents in the office so that they can get calls put through to them and pop up emails. is there a way to this, or is this why the remote client is for (which i only have one off).

When you use predictive dialing, and when a call is answered by a live human, the call will be automatically transferred to an available agent. To set up, please follow these steps:

1. On the gateway computer, select Gateway main menu > Setup > Options > Call Transfer, and make sure Use Screen Popup is selected.

To Setup an agent computer:

2. Install Client Program called “RemoteAgent” from Voicent installer. Point the host to the gateway computer instead of the default “localhost”

3. Whenever the agent is ready to receive call, login from the RemoteAgent Program.

For more details, including setup agent in a remote location like home, please select Windows Start > All Programs > Voicent > Enterprise Edition Setup Guide.

There is also a predictive dialer specific user setup guide. It can be accessed from AgentDialer’s main menu > Help > Predictive dialer setup guide
