Java 7 Exploit

As of January 12th, Java 7 has been exposed to have an exploit that allows people to trick your computer into downloading and launching a file. The file could be a Trojan, virus, or any other malicious software. There is over 7 billion devices that use Java and Voicent is one of them.

Oracle released a press announcement claiming they have fixed this security hole, however, numerous security agencies including the Department of Homeland Security claim that the exploit is still their! So everyone who uses Java 7 should uninstall it or temporarily disable it in your web browser.

Luckily, Voicent Communications only uses Java 6, which does not have this exploit. All small, medium, large businesses, and government entities do not have to stop using our Predictive Dialer, Auto Dialer, or Call Center Software. Business is as usual at Voicent Communications!
