How many agents will your software support?

The recommended phone service for Voicent predictive dialer is to use Voice over IP (VOIP). With VOIP, there is no need for any telephony board. The following answer refers to VOIP based predictive dialer software (agent dialer).

The short answer is unlimited if you purchase the enterprise edition. Unlike hardware based solution, Voicent predictive dialer does not need a hardware “port” for each agent. To the software, an agent is simply an internet connection for phone audio and control commands. The flexibility allows easy configuration of agents, where they work at the office or remotely at home.

Ofcause, there will be limit to the number of agents, but the limit is not from Voicent software, but from hardware capacity and internet/network connection bandwidth.
