After uploading your audio files, you can start to
design your press 1 campaign message.
Press 1 Campaigns are great for collecting feedback from people you’re calling. They also allow the user to choose from an array of actions, allowing for your system to handle many different responses.
Once you’ve got the hang of how to design a campaign message, it’s time to personalize it.
Message personalization
involves putting in personal information, such as a first name, so that the content you engage people with is more meaningful.
