Best dialers for political campaign volunteers

I’m trying to get an autodialer set up for our campaign. I was just wondering which of your services would be best and how much it would cost if we are looking to have our volunteers work on the phones for about two hours a week. We do not need to leave messages, only connect our volunteers to live lines.

Most political campaigns use auto dialer and predictive dialer to reach voters.

An auto dialer is most often to deliver messages and notifications, such as use a pre-recorded audio from the candidate or a generic get out to vote reminders. With auto dialer, there is normally no need to have volunteers to work the phone since the pre-recorded message can be delivered automatically by the dialer. Auto dialer is also known as robo dialer, robo call, voice broadcast. An auto dialer can also ask the callee to press a key to talk to an live agent.

A predictive dialer is most often used to reach voters by volunteers. The main advantage of a predictive dialer is that it can automatically skip machine answers, leaving volunteers to only talk to live person, thus save a lot of time. It is easy to double or triple connection rate when using a predictive dialer.

The good news for using Voicent service is that all dialers are included in the basic plan (plus a built-in CRM to manage your data).

For pricing, it all depends on your call volume. We have pay-as-you-go plan, 3 cents, 2 cents, and 1.5 cents calling package. For details, please see Cloud Service Pricing.
