Integrate with SugarCRM

We intend to acquire a predictive dialing system and integrate it with our CRM system, SUGAR CRM. Advice?

It should be easy to launch Voicent predictive dialer with the following command line:

adialer.exe your call list.aoc -pd -phoneno phone number -name name

or launch semi automatic dialing:

adialer.exe your call list.aoc -dial -phoneno phone number -name name

Update Call Status Callback

You could also have AgentDialer to update the call status back to SugarCRM. To do so, use the statusurl option. If the statusurl is specified, AgentDialer sends HTTP post to the specified url with the row values as parameters. For details, please see the program Help file.
