Tpad, a global provider of managed VoIP services, has fpartnered with Supanet, U.K.’s leading Internet Service Provider.

Tpad has several major business clients in the UK. Now it is introducing its SIP gateway service there.

The partnership indicates the thrust of the SIP gateway service–integrating telephone-based communications with Internet connectivity.

Mashable: SMS marketing top mobile trend

The continued importance of SMS marketing top a list of five major mobile trends reported by Mashable.com

Noting that about 90 percent of the U.S. population owns a cell phones , the vast majority of which are SMS-ready right out of the box, the article describes SMS as “one of the most popular communication methods in the world.”

The article also noted that, in May, more than 65 percent of U.S. mobile subscribers used text messaging on their mobile devices, reflecting an increasing trend in adoption of the technology.

Earlier this year, Voicent added BroadcastBySMS, an automated, interactive text-message-broadcasting software to its suite of broadcast communication tools.

Voicent’s tool has the distinction of being the only one on the market capable of automatically collecting and responding to SMS message replies.

VoIP Innovations Expands its VoIP Termination Footprint and Service Offering

In addition to aggregation benefit, VoIP Innovations large traffic volume, allows them to provides a more competitive pricing model than most clients would get direct from those carriers.

VoIP Innovations is also one of the nation’s largest short duration termination providers, also known as dialer or predictive traffic. While most carriers have shunned away from this type of traffic, VoIP Innovations has embraced it. If fact, they invested in their infrastructure to add additional capacity. This upgrade was necessary for the growing demand that would allow several of their dialer clients to have a virtually unlimited amount of concurrent call sessions.

Network infrastructure and voice quality is top priority for VoIP Innovations. They are always looking for additional high quality voip routes.
