HP looks to unify VoIP, other communication

HP has announced new consulting services focused on unifying communications technology, such as land-line voice, VoIP, mobile, email, instant messaging, videoconferencing and document sharing.

The aim is to deliver multiple voice communication systems, accommodate employees that work remotely and/or from multiple locations, and ensuring network capacity great enough to to deliver a wide variety of communications modes, especially videoconferencing.
