Failed to get call status.

Error: Failed to get call status. This error has never been addressed by you. I have reported several times.

You can try disabling your Call Center CRM and Call Center Manager as those will use computer resources. You are shareware edition, and the CRM will stop adding new records after 10 customer records.

Additionally, failed to get call status will mean that the “Voicent Gateway” was either stopped, or your lost connection to the internet temporarily. The failed to get call status is after the call / sms is finished, in most cases it is harmless.

FlexPBX and Remote Agent status updates

I’m testing this and I have 2 agents both logged in & using RemoteAgent. One is on the local LAN and the other is not. One says idle and updates the status and the other says idle, no status update: Shareware limited. Obviously I am asking about the one that is not updating the status. Is this because I am running the demo of PBX Flex and/or Call Center Mgr? Would I need to purchase a license for both PBX Flex & Call Center mgr to fix this or would I only need the PBX Flex license?

The one that is a remote agent(Not on Local LAN) will require the remote license to be able to interact just like the local agent. This is because you do not have a remote agent add-on for the dialing system, Flex PBX for inbound or AgentDialer/BBP for outbound.

Where can I find more information (i.e. cost, features, etc) on this remote license? I have not seen it anywhere on your website.

Here you can find upgrade pricing for Flex PBX, for Flex PBX, each line will let you have 5 extensions, these extensions can be local or remote agents.

Agent Dialer – Direct Integration with Database

One of the main time consuming tasks within a call center, is managing your campaigns and call lists. All that importing and exporting most auto dialers require can be tedious and annoying. Voicent’s solution to this importing exporting problem is direct integration with a database.

One of the ways to utilize this new direct integration is through our PHP API, this will let you query a database with your custom query and feed only the numbers you want.

More information on our developer API can be found here:
