IVR Tutorial Lesson 2: Create a Variable

To create a variable, right click on the top element, click on Properties, select the Variable tab, and then click the New button.

Enter the variable name as password_count with an initial value of 0.

All variables must be created within the top element. Once created, they can be used anywhere in the call flow diagram.
