GoldWave Converting To A Correct Format

When creating a wav file using GoldWave v5.67 (unlicensed version) I save the file as PCM signed 16 bit, mono and then try to use it in AutoReminder, I get an error that the file is in the wrong format. Can you either recommend another product that will work with AutoReminder or recommend a way to fix the audio files. Thank you.

You have the correct format except for one thing, the Playback Rate, simply go to “Effect” tab inside GoldWave, then at the bottom click “Playback Rate” and set that to 8,000. Then save as the above format and that audio file is perfect for AutoReminder.
