Import call list with comma separated suffix for predictive dialer
My office uses a suffix code to dial long distance. However, everytime I paste the numbers in with a comma and the access code it separates them into to columns. Please help me to prevent this from happening. I need to have the number then a comma then the access code. I have a call list of about 3000.
Yes, copy paste will not work. The comma is used for separate columns. However, you can import the list using the following format:
“Name”,”Phone”,”Status”
“”,”123, 456″,”"
“”,”4567, 890″,”"
The phone number and suffix are quoted. So if your original list is saved in Microsoft Excel, you can save it to a CSV file with the above format. Then select File > Import from the autodialer or predictive dialer program main window.
