Notification calls for delinquent utility accounts
Managing delinquent accounts is normally a huge headache for public utility companies. Not only there are legal requirements for disconnecting services and collecting bills, many man hours are spent to notify customers with past due bills. This includes sending emails, making telephone calls, or even sending people to put on door tags.
