Appointment reminder late call blocking
We had some customers get calls at like 12:30 am. We’re using the autoreminder. We have the latest update (a week or two ago). Is there a setting somewhere that can limit how late calls can go out? Thanks
Yes.
You can set it up on Voicent Gateway. Please select Setup > Options > Outbound tab, click the Allowed time for Outbound Calls.
You can set two group of call time. Usually group 1 is your weekday call time, and group 2 is your weekend call time.
The default is 24 hours.
