Transfer call to the same skype number

I am broadcasting to potential customers and give them the option to request more information by pressing “1″ which then transfers them back to my skype number to leave a message. The system says transfering call yet nothing happens

If you just want to leave a message, you can use the BBP program to do so. the audio files will be saved as audio files, and you can access them from the BBP main spreadsheet.

If you are trying to transfer to the same outbound call skype line, you have to use screen popup. For transfer to a different number, you need to have a number that is different from the outbound call number, or transfer to another skype account.
