PHP web app for sending recorded voice

Hello, I’m building a web app in php, where my client can store there clients phone numbers and they can select all of them (or some of them ) and send some recorded voice as a call.. Is that possible using your gate way.. I also want the list of countries where your service is available

Voicent is a technology provider, we do not provide calling service. But you can use our software to utilize other calling services. It should be pretty easy to select a VOIP calling service and configure Voicent software to use it. Since almost all VOIP service are standard based (SIP), and there are a lot of them, you should be able to find a service that fits your needs.
