Set VXML block element timeout
I would like to set call timeout for the calls made through Voicent Outbound API. Because some of our customers placing the calls on hold for 5 to 10 minutes, affecting next calls. I can able to set timeout using “prompt” and that works well. But we are making some calls using simply <block> tag. That means we are not waiting for user input. We are making calls for just conveying schedule information. In that case what can we do if the user puts the call on hold.
You can enclose the <block> elements with <prompt>, and then specify ‘timeout’ value in the prompt element.
