Automatic dialer using VOIP

I am trying to put together a broadcast calling system that uses VOIP rather than POTS. I haven’t seen how this can be done with your application. Is there another tool that can act as a bank of PCI modems but actually connect via VOIP?

Usually, your VOIP service provider will give you equipment for connecting regular analog phone to the voip network. For example, if you are using Vonage, it will give you a linksys router/phone adapter. With that, you can connect the modem to the router phone jack and make phone calls using Vonage.
