Can you please explain the ‘channel’ feature in the pricing of AutoDialler?
I need to purchase an interactive system in place that contacts up to a million recipients so could you please advise me of the best solution? By interactive I’m referring to a robocall message that gives an option to the recipient to enter a number in order to hear a further message etc. There must be a means of confirming the number of recipients that successfully received the robocall (accountability).
