Submit Log files
In most cases, it is really easy to submit log files to Voicent. All you need to do is select from any Voicent program main menu > Help > Report Problems. From the Submit log window, enter your email address so we can reply your question, and enter a brief description of the problem, then clickthe submit button. The log files will be attached automatically.
In some cases, such as during installation or the menu item is disabled, you can send email to support with the log files attached. The log files are under the folder:
C:\Program Files\Voicent\gateway\logs
