Automated dialing for safety checks

We are looking for a product to automate dialing our retail stores for safety checks. The intent is to have the product dial each of our stores, and on pickup play a message “This is a safety check. Please enter your confirmation” and record the confirmation code entered. We then want an alert if any store does not answer in a specified period or does not enter the correct code. Can your software do this?

Yes, Voicent software can be used in this situation but requires some customization. Voicent software make automated calls and collect confirmation code without any customization. However, a script or simple program is needed to know security calls are not answered and an alert call needs to be made.
