Speech recognition usage

How exactly is the speech recognition implemented in speech command? Does one have to call the sapisvr.exe under ‘run command’ ? I cannot find a way to do this this with parameters. Or how to feed whatever is spoken to the recognition engine

With Voicent, you do not need to run speech command yourself. The speech recognition is part of Voicent Gateway, it will be started automatically when the gateway is started. You also do not need to call any speech recognition command directly. The interface to speech recognition command is at a much higher level.
