Phone Line system

I have a couple of questions the capatibility with a Nortel Symposium ACD
system and I am hoping to gather additional information.

information about phone system. The basic requirement is that the phone line
must be analog. If the phone line is digital, you need to have analog phone
adaptor to convert the digital line to analog line.
