Auto Dialer to check telephone number status as active, disconnect, fax, no answer

I’m planning to buy Voicent’s BroadcastByPhone Auto Dialer solution to acomplish if phone numbers exist or not to make marketing lists qualification.

The system must get phones from a list, dial the number and clasify the call in human response, fax, message recorder machine, no-existing or wrong phone numbers… etc, and store this clasification with as final call status with each phone number.

Once the dialer detect and classify the response the call must be finished due that no real comunication is needed.

The system will be implemented over a desktop computer running Windows XP machine connected to a home computer network trough network TCPIP card, an internet router and an standard telephone line.

I asume that I need some kind of telephonic card to connect the computer to the telephone line and allow the system make calls.
