Yes. We have customers using 30 lines (using Skype instead of modems) on one single computer.

The software can support multiple lines. There is no hard limit as how many phone lines it can support. But you do need to purchase multi-line license to enable it.

When you use modems and analog phone lines, the number of lines is limited by the number of available PCI slots. You need to add multiple modems to your computer to support multiple phone lines. Normally you get 3-4 PCI slots in a computer and each slot support one modem. But there are special motherboard containing 8-9 PCI slots.
